- Conference registration includes access to all parallel sessions, keynote speakers, invited speakers, lunches, coffee breaks, the conference dinner (1 night only) and a conference kit.
- IEEE Members and students must provide proof of active IEEE membership and student ID.
- Presentation is mandatory for all accepted papers. Failure to present will result in the paper being excluded from the conference proceedings.
- For participants who are unable to attend the conference in person, a hybrid participation option is available. This allows participants to present their papers virtually while engaging in conference sessions and discussions online.
- To ensure smooth coordination, hybrid participants must:
- Submit their presentation materials (slides, videos, or posters) at least 14 days before the scheduled session.
- Ensure stable internet connectivity for live presentations. Pre-recorded presentations may be accepted with prior approval.
- Actively participate in Q&A sessions through the designated virtual platform.
