Cyber Analytics Lab


About

Cyber Analytics (CA) lab focuses on the fundamental and applied research towards data-driven and analytics of digital data. CA focuses on aggregating data for the purpose of collecting evidence, building timelines, and analyzing capabilities to perform and design a proactive cybersecurity strategy that detects, analyzes, and mitigates cyberthreats. It also involves process of gathering, analysing and reporting about the data that may subsequently become evidence in the criminal justice system. Thus, the needs for research in digital forensics are required too due to the law enforcement in handling, analysing and presenting the digital evidence for the criminal investigation. Finally, CA lab also explore the use of artificial intelligence in the enhancement of cybersecurity to make cyberspace more secure and trusted.
