"The Next Wave of Computational Intelligence"

The 2nd International Multi-Conference on Artificial Intelligence Technology (M-CAIT 2013) will take place in Concorde Hotel, Shah Alam, Selangor on 28 until 29  August 2013.

M-CAIT 2013 is organized by the Center For Artificial Intelligence Technology (CAIT), a center for excellent at the Faculty of Information Science and Technology, Unviversiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. M-CAIT 2013 is a Conference hosting four AI Special Tracks in a single event: The Special Track on Intelligent Computation on Pattern AnalysIs and Robotics (ICPAIR 2013), The Special Track on Data Mining and Optimization (DMO13), The Special Track on Semantic Technology and Information Retrieval (STAIR2013) and The Special Track on Industrial Computing & Applied Informatics (IComp'13). These special tracks are organized by the four research groups at the Center For Artificial Intelligence Technology (CAIT), namely the Pattern Recognition Research Group (PR), the Data Mining and Optimization Research Group(DMO), the Knowledge Technology Research Group (KT) and the Industrial Computing Research Group (Icomp).

The M-CAIT 2013 conference is a platform to bring together researchers, developers and practitioners from academia and industry working in all interdisciplinary areas of Artificial Intelligence to share their experience, and exchange and cross-fertilize their ideas. M-CAIT 2013 will serve as forum for the dissemination of state-of-the-art research, development, implementation and applications within the Four focus area in CAIT: Pattern Recognition, Data Mining and Optimization, Knowledge Technology and Industrial Computing.

You are invited to submit:

- A Full paper for oral presentation

- A short paper for poster presentation

- A proposal to organize a technical session and/or workshop.

It is planned to publish the proceedings with Springer in their Communications in Computer and Information Science series (final approval pending).
